- Taking direction/training from supervisor, clean household items like furniture, tables, chairs, and sofas using specialized cleaning materials
- Accurately keep track of cleaned items and items to be cleaned using our simple inventory system
- Maintain equipment used in daily tasks
- Consistently show up on time and be a reliable teammate for the cleaning staff
- Adhere to team guidelines and corporate values
- Restoration or cleaning industry experience preferred
- Possess a sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practices
