Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage a wide range of restoration projects, including water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and other restoration services. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of restoration technicians. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, and ensure staff are trained in the latest restoration techniques and safety protocols.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Communicate effectively with clients throughout the restoration process, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Technical Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of restoration techniques and equipment. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the restoration industry.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure all restoration work meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant health and safety regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex technical challenges in restoration projects. Provide expert guidance and solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new clients, and retain existing ones. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and community outreach, to promote the company's services and values.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the restoration industry.
- Proven managerial or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of restoration principles, techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software for project management and documentation.
- Relevant certifications in restoration (e.g., IICRC) are highly desirable.
