Our Texas-based team is expanding, and we are excited to launch a new department dedicated to soft contents (e.g. clothing, bedding, shoes/boots) and helping our clients recover from fire, water, mold, and other damage.

We are seeking a dynamic Textiles Restoration Manager to establish and grow our new Textiles department. Ideal candidates are versatile in soft contents processing and eager to lead, train, and manage a team as the department expands.

Job Summary
This foundational role involves all aspects of soft contents restoration from initial assessment to final processing. The Textiles Restoration Manager will set up protocols, manage processing tasks, and use specialized equipment and techniques suited for textiles. Additionally, this individual must be willing to take on a variety of tasks, including helping our hard contents department when needed. The person in this role will be required to learn our digital inventory system that is administered through a company provided iPhone.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Maintaining equipment used in daily tasks 
  • Lead a team of technicians to ensure they are following IICRC Standards
  • Perform Dry and Wet mitigation/pre-cleaning using accepted BELFOR procedures
  • Develop and implement processing techniques for a variety of soft contents
  • Train and lead a team in best practices for textile restoration
  • Manage inventory and usage of cleaning materials
  • Ensure quality controls and adherence to industry standards
  • Engage with clients to reassure and inform them of their goods throughout the restoration process
  • Must have a caring spirit, commitment to exceptional customer service, principles, and practices 
Qualifications
  • Experience in textiles and soft contents processing required
  • Experience with eSporta wash technology preferred
  • Experience in hard contents processing preferred
  • Leadership or managerial experience preferred
  • Bilingual Speakers (English & Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Construction, restoration, or insurance industry experience preferred 
  • IICRC certifications preferred
  • Possess a sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and
    strong work ethic 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
Qualifications
  • Frequent lifting in excess of 50 lbs
  • Comfort working in varied environments, including tight spaces
Compensation: $22-27/hour depending on experience

 
Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
