Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Restoration Technician who thrives in an active environment and takes pride in delivering quality results. In this role, you’ll restore items damaged by fire, water, or other disasters while providing compassionate, professional service to our customers. What You’ll Do
- Carefully pack, move, and transport customer contents
- Clean and restore items using professional tools and techniques
- Maintain accurate inventories and detailed documentation
- Work onsite at customer properties and in our warehouse
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
- Interact professionally with customers and teammates
- Support warehouse organization and daily operations
What You Bring
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Experience in restoration, cleaning, warehouse work, or moving is a plus—but not required (we provide full training!)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Our work is so important because we’re restoring what people value most. Clients seek out Blue Kangaroo PACKOUTZ after fire, water, mold, or other damage—it’s a very sensitive situation they’re facing, so we work hard to make the restoration process seamless and stress-free.
Who We Hire
We look for individuals with skills such as truck driving, warehousing, sewing, woodworking, crafting, cleaning, and other restoration-related activities. We also know that not everyone comes to us with these skills. That’s why we put each specialist—those with or without training—through an in-depth and comprehensive training program. Each Blue Kangaroo PACKOUTZ member learns the entire contents restoration process while honing in on their specific cleaning or restoration skills. It’s all a part of our ongoing support and training experience.
